ABOUT US
UNISSULA SDGs Center is a unit that coordinates UNISSULA’s contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — covering curriculum development, faculty and student research, community engagement, and sustainable university governance.
We view sustainability not merely as a global target, but as a responsibility: humans as khalifah fil ardh (stewards of the Earth) who preserve environmental balance while building a just and dignified civilization.
Encouraging interdisciplinary research across faculties that addresses priority SDGs issues at national and regional levels.
Community empowerment, health, and environmental programs conducted together with local partners.
Sustainable management of energy, waste, and environmentally friendly campus facilities.
Collaboration with institutions, governments, and partner universities nationally and internationally.
